I just installed togo last december and no complains or whatsoever but it is given that signal in far away camps are not that strong. Sometimes you have to wait for 2-3 mins for a page to load.
The "strength" of a WiFi signal has very little to do with how fast a page loads. If a park wifi system is that slow then it is under-designed and overloaded. IMHO if a page takes several minutes to load then the system is unusable.
