If you are referring to Trip Wizard, you might use their Contact Us link to request assistance from their site team. I don't know how many Trip Wizard users frequent this site's forum
there may be other ways, but the way i did it was to look for a destinstion on the map, and once found, there is a prompt to "add to trip". if you select that, it will ask where you want the stop placed (before/after anothet stop). if you make a mistake, its easy to delete a stop from the trip list. im doing this from memory, so actual prompts might be slightly different.
