Best Route From Norfolk To Kitty Hawk Nc

    We will be going from Williamsburg va passing around Norfolk on the way to the outer banks and kittyhawk nc. Which road is best? Route 17 and cut over at Elizabeth city to 158 or go straight down Route 168? Not sure which road is best for towing an rv.
