Just want to wish everyone a great and enjoyable holiday weekend. If you are traveling the roads do so safely and watch out for the "crazies" that are sure to be out there. We are staying home this year as we recently sold "The Beast" due to medical conditions that crept up on us unexpectedly. We may buy another "Beast #2" but right now that's just in the thinking stages. Still plan on being a member on the forum, won't be that easy to get rid of me........ Good post Banks! Hope you also have a good 4th, as well as everyone else here. Hope you do get the opportunity to get a "beast #2", so you can get back out on the road, but i know these things can be a big decision. Either way, stick around. It wouldn't be the same without you! We too will be staying home this weekend, and not taking our next trip until the middle of July. Then we will take a week to drive through Utah to visit a few National Parks and then go fishing in southern CO. Have a good one!
Happy 4th to all. Hard to believe our county is 249 years old and still going strong. We too will be celebrating the holiday at home. Our little travel trailer needs a new roof. New roof will be installed this coming Monday. Hope everyone has a safe and wonderful holiday.

Terry, glad your sticking around, Hopefully soon you can recover enough and find that Beast #2 and get some trips in Ron, $$ on a new roof, we spent $$ on new brakes/rotors for the Travel Trailer as they were shot and had a receiver installed on the trailer bumper. Spending money is like the open road, it never ends! We will be leaving Sunday for ( I think our 11th year) a return trip to Knoebels PA as we will meeting up with the same families. IMHO there needs to be a huge amount of "happy" distributed equally to everyone as we approach our 250th year as a country.
