Hello, I was a member on the old site but couldn't log into the new site with my old login info so I had to start all over with a new user email. I also sent an email to somebody here & have not heard a word from you. How do I get my old reviews back?

 

First, your old login info and reviews should have transferred to this new site, but the best place to get this all straightened out is through our Help Desk. Have you tried contacting them? To do so click on the Contact Us link found at the bottom of each page.

 

That's how I tried to contact the site. Have not heard anything back. Been 4 or 5 days ago.
