I've posted a few reviews, and like to update what's available at the parks I've visited, as so many are left at the default "not sure". But if I make a mistake, all the updates I put in are wiped out, and I have to painstakingly go through the entire list again. This just happened 3 times, because when I answered "cell phone" as "yes" it wanted me to check "cell phone providers" as "yes" also. When I did, it gave the error message, something about cell phone providers can't equal 0, but there was no other box to check for any cell providers. In the end I had to leave ut as not sure.

I'm sorry this was a problem for you. We have reported this problem to the programmers, but it has not been resolved yet. For right now I think you can leave the cell phone service as a ?, and this allows the other changes to go through. I realize this may not be a correct answer for that amenity, but apparently this is the only way to get the system to accept the updated amenity list. We apologize for the inconvenience.

It still isn't fixed! Why do you even have the "Cell Service Provider" question anyway? I use VZW, but I have no idea if ATT, Sprint, etc. are available. Just delete that entire line.

And while you're at it, do something so that I don't have to go down the list and re-enter everything again...and again. When telling me I goofed, keep everything else. I doubt I will subject myself to this torture again.

I apologize that the fixes you were looking for still haven't been implemented, but I did want to respond to your question of why we ask for information on cellular providers. Obviously, not all providers have service in all locations and sometimes service availability is extremely important to people seeking to spend time at a particular park.

No one is expecting you to be able to respond about the service provided by carriers other than the one you subscribe with. However, if each reviewer notes the service provided by his carrier, eventually a full description of the available service will be created.

I had the same issue as RV-ROAMER and wxtoad. You must answer for ALL cell providers, even if you don't know or your edits are ALL rejected and the entire form must be redone. I no longer select the cell provider box, to avoid the hassle. But, would like to know if my carrier has service. This is a long standing problem that I wish would be corrected.

Are you doing your amenities edits using the box that comes up after you've submitted a review? Have you tried just going to a parks listing page and attempting to perform an edit from there? I know that from the listing page there is no issue about having to answer for all the cellular carriers and I'm wondering if the problem is with the "after review" amenities popup.

It works if done from the parks listing page for Wolf Creek Park, but not for Hamm Creek Park.

    Confused...
