RVPR Newsletter - read all about it

This week we are going to begin sending out an occasional e-newsletter with links to some interesting reviews, forum topics and newsy bits. The newsletter will go out to all members. If you find that you aren't interested you can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the link at the bottom of the issue.

 

Are you aware that the newsletter is so long that Gmail truncates it unless you ask to see the entire item? I'm sure there are plenty of people who won't notice the truncation and will, therefore, miss half the newsletter.

 

Should I be concerned that I didn't receive one?

 

Me neither

 

I realized before I posted this that it may go horribly wrong and backfire on me but what the heck, I am still somewhat of a risk-taker at times so here goes nothing................

Ummm.........I got mine and actually read it. All of it even though I use g.mail.

 

Poor me - no newsletter. Maybe BankShot can fold his up and send it to me instead of lining the bottom of his bird cage with it

I'd be happy to forward a copy of mine to you RickB. Just send me your email address and consider it done......... But just as a suggestion, you, and the others that didn't receive one, might also want to check your junk/trash boxes if you haven't. I've received a few that have even come in from those that I email back and forth with all the time. Why this happens I haven't a clue but it might be worth a quick check? Oh and a short note to Darrell........(aka Rollin Owens), I actually read mine also while sipping on a BOTWAWOL. And when you give up trying to figure out what that was let me know and I'll send you the recipe.........

If you aren't getting the newsletter (& want to), check your Contact Details. You need to have the Receive site mailings box checkmarked.

Thanks to Leaf Peeper for the fix!.
BankShot was kind enough to scrape his newsletter off the bottom of the bird cage and send it to me (thanks Terry), but from now on I'm set.

I have to say that getting that newsletter out of that cage was indeed a nasty chore to accomplish. Our 37 lb So. American Vulture we call Diablo, and that we no longer take along on our trips, was not keen on me taking it from him. I have bite and claw marks on my hands and arms to prove it. But hey, anything for a fellow RVer......... Hope you were able to read it due to how "misused" it was......

Maybe Diablo was mad because you were taking it before he had finished reading it. Next time be sure to ask him if he is finished with it before you try to take it from him.

 

Ahh, I didn't recall the mention of Diablo being part of your travelling menagerie of winged, hoofed, pawed and clawed companions.
Happily, his "misuse" didn't break any of the links, so I'm looking forward to a few good reads this evening.

My best guess is that it went into a promotional or spam folder. You might be able to search your e-mail for it... the title was RV Park Reviews Newsletter Issue 1
