Hey Mr. Goodwin - By now you must be back home in the Land of Auz so thought I'd drop you a line to find out how your trip to the U.S. was. No hurries on a review of your "escapades" however there are a lot of inquiring minds who would like to be seeing some of the great pictures you no doubt took along the way. Hope you have a lifetime of memories that you and your family took home. We're all waiting so you can start the camera rolling at any time. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you................ Regards, Terry...............(aka BankShot) PS: I'd be curious to know what the biggest highlight of your trip was............
I'm going to go ahead and take the liberty of making a small 'bump' here in hopes that Jason has put down his new years bottle from last night and chugged down a few cups of morning coffee and then checked the forum perhaps to find this post above. Come on Jason, get with the program, we be waiting patiently for some pics of your trip up north. Don't force us to come down there looking for you and confiscating the camera.............. Terry............(aka BankShot)
Terry did you have a few to many wines from last night? Jason just started a new thread on his USA vacation! Mike https://www.campgroundreviews.com/forum/threads/usa-west-coast-adventure-report-2018.6959
I tell you what boys......My Australian accent is very broad according to an english mate of mine but the number of times I got asked to say say "Crikey" and other Steve Irwin comments was very very amusing and quite the honor. Literally at a Walmart in Sedona Shop Assistant - Excuse me sir are you from Australia? Me - "Yes Mate" SA - "Did You know Steve Irwin? Me - "No but I actually was on the protective detail for his wife and father at his funeral" SA - "Can you please please just say "Crikey" Me - No Worries.......Put as much as I could into it "CRIKEY" and added a "look at this little beauty" just for effect.
