That's because you submitted them only yesterday.

Seriously? The hard working admins on this site is a volunteer job. It may take a few weeks before your review is posted. Have some patience. B)

Why do so many people get so impatient? How many different threads are there about this because people come here and jump on the volunteers without reading the forum and it's rules? In my opinion, the questioner on this one even choose a screen name just to be rude.

Fortunately our backlog isn't so terribly bad! :D At present reviews are being posted about 8 days after submission.

Can you please explain what is " rude " with the OP screen name ???

Is there a rule of what you can use as a screen name too ???

Hmmm... this is his/her first post, seemingly to gripe about his/her review not being posted yet, and chooses "Needs New Managment" as his screen name...

Do you REALLY need it spelled out to you why that might POSSIBLY be considered rude???

And, no, there isn't a rule for screen names. I'm considering changing mine to "Old Retired People Suck". I'm sure nobody here would take offense...

Sorry.....I just don't find it rude. It obviously has some meaning to him/her....that may not be understood here.......doesn't make it rude.

but ...." old retired people suck "

    Hey.... I kinda like that.

Looks like the OP post was also deleted ??

No, it wasn't. It is posted exactly how it came in.

I think the OP edited their post since there is now no script there

No again. What is posted is exactly what the OP submitted. The only thing in the post when we got it was the frownie face.

Yes....I believe when I read it early this morning....there was script in his post. I guess he had second thoughts.

Nope, no script was ever posted because there was none included when we got the post.

Tex, I saw a question there this morning. They made a rather snide remark about posts not showing up. I'm positive about that.

OK, I'll eat some crow on this one because I think I have figured out what possibly happened here.

First I am sticking to my story that when the OP was first posted at 12:24am this morning, all that was submitted was the frownie face. I am the first person who saw it, and you can see where I replied a few seconds later.

I looked at the post again this morning around 9am and nothing had changed with the OP--no text.

After that, they unchained me from the computer and allowed me to run some errands, so I did not look at it again until around 3 pm. At that point the OP still had no text, and tiffinman had made his comment that we had deleted the OP. I replied in post #9 that we had not done that and that we had posted exactly what was submitted.

However, some of you seemed so sure about seeing something written in the OP, so I got to wondering how both sides of this could be correct. Then it occurred to me that possibly what happened is that sometime while I was out and about, the person edited the original post and added some text but then removed it later, all before I got back home. So I never saw the text that apparently was there for a short period of time. That is the only thing I can think of which would make both of our observations true.

I have no way of knowing if that is what actually happened, but it is a very feasible possibility. So I apologize for all the confusion and my misunderstanding.

Just my 2 cents concerning the OP, why should it be any differant if your talking face to face or responding on a forum about showing at least some kind of respect or at least giving the benefit of doubt that maybe things are going on that you might not be aware of.

That said my responses are not always perfect either but I do at least make some effort not to offend anyone.

Sorry if I sound like I'm on my soap box again. :D

    Mike
