Just want to wish everyone on this forum a very Happy Thanksgiving Holiday and a safe one also if you will be traveling. Some nasty weather going on all over the country including where I toss out our anchor. No doubt the local evening news will have several stories about some dumb moron in a four wheel drive SUV that was driving way too fast for conditions and slid off the road and down into a ditch, or worse yet over a cliff and down into a canyon. And no doubt the occupants of said vehicle will be dressed in shorts, a T-shirt and flip-flops, which is seen quite often going up over Donner Summit during a blinding snowstorm.......... Eat hearty everyone and enjoy the warmth and comfort of family.........BankShot..........(aka Terry)
Bank> May I add to your greeting that the holiday is made up of two words. Thanks and Giving. Something that should be done all year and not just for a day.
---------------------------------------------------------- Well said RLM,and I agree 100% plus with that. This old world needs that to be happening each and every day for sure............... BankShot.............(aka Terry)
I'll had my wishes for a happy and safe Thanksgiving holiday to all as well! We're parked at our upstate NY cottage now, and the weather here looks pretty good for the holidays with just a slight chance of early morning snow or rain. With temps topping out around 40 deg.F we expect the 3 mile drive to our daughter's house for diner with the family to be pretty uneventful...
