    Hi All
We are traveling to Canada in our RV, wanted to make sure we don't carry anything we shouldn't. I've read what's online says... but if there's anything we should know that we can't find online...
    Thank you!

No guns, no ammo, no meat, fruits or veggies all online. Have a great trip, enjoy.

Ditto to what paythebill said, with one additional item not to have with you, and that is Pepper Spray or Bear Spray of any type. We entered the Border by way of Victoria, BC and the customs agent asked us if we had any of the above mentioned items inc, Pepper/Bear sprays of any type, to which I said yes because we planned to do some hiking while in Canada and always took Bear Spray with us as we knew we couldn't carry a firearm. The guy actually let us keep it and we thanked him for allowing this. However I would not count on that being the case at most crossings. Have a great trip, Canada is a great place to explore in an RV.............

Will you have any pets with you? There may be some guidelines about that. Also, it has been about 10 years since the last time we crossed, but we did need passports. And don't forget to sign them. We did, but they were really nice and let us in anyway.

You CAN bring wood into Canada for campfires as long as it has been heat treated. We often bring a bag of Mesquite back with us to treat family with a different burning fire. The "unopened" bag will have a disclaimer that the product is pest free.
