I am remote entrepreneur struggling to enjoy full timing because of the lack of option for rv parks and lack of space available.

I’m really thinking about developing a few rv parks accommodating more towards full timers and closer into cities. What cities are you guys feeling needs this the most?

We're no longer fulltiming due to medical reasons, but when we were, one of our favorite "likes" was that we could stay away from cities and enjoy a more rural lifestyle. What would you design into a park that would make it more accommodating for fulltimers? And why would fulltimers want to be near cities?

Are you retired or still working? That could make a difference in your needs. As full timing retirees, we very much favored state and national parks with their 2 week stay limits, and still do as part timers. We never got tired of where we were since we wouldn't be there that long. If an area was particularly attractive to us, we just found other parks in the same area. We really liked Salt Springs Recreation Area in Salt Springs, FL for example, and when our time there was up we just moved about 20 minutes up the road to Rodman Campground, another favorite. The 4 months or so we spent every winter in southern GA and FL will always be fond memories for us. Every spring and fall we spent drifting north or south, spending summers mostly traveling from one NY state park to another with stops at our "base" site as we remodeled the summer cottage there for year round use as our "exit plan" when it was time to hang up the keys. That time came sooner than expected, but we still have our memories and still get out for a few weeks each summer at nearby state parks.
