OK, I have looked everywhere and I can't find the location where you can change settings for the app. In particular, I see the camp sites when zoomed out. When I zoom in to see be more accurate in location, they disappear! It is probably something very simple but it is beyond me. Can anyone help me out? I use this app a lot. It is very good to just play on the carplay and i have my map right there in front of me making it easy to keep track of location, milage and time to go. Thanks for any help!!
I assume you are using the app similar to the screenshot I posted in this reply. if so, i really don't know why the campground pins would dissappear. Have you also gone to the "more" section (bottom right) and looked at the "help center". in this area there are alot of FAQs and an email to the support team. i hope this helps.
Yes, I am using the only RV LIFE Wizard app that I know of. Is there more than one? I have tried rebooting my computer, starting over in the app. If I zoom in less than 50 mile scale, the campng site icon disappears. No matter if they are there, I canot click on a camp site and open it to check it out. Very annoying! Not the first time this has happened. Am Ithe lone wolf onthis or are there others that is having the same problem. Even have a brad new computer (iMac) and it still does it. WTF? It is basically useless to me and not worth the fees for sure!
