Hello All. I am new to RV camping. I will be in Anchorage Alaska in a few weeks and would like some recommendations on a decent RV campground. I will have a 25 foot RV. I would prefer: Full Hookups Restrooms Showers It appears the choices are extremely limited (unless I am not looking in the right spots), so beggars can't be choosers. The top spot seems to be the Cabbala's parking lot. That is the opposite experience we had in mind. Just thought I would ask the experts on here. Thanks in advance!
There is only one RV park in Anchorage and it is very tight. When we go through Anchorage, we use Cabbala's. If you want to get a good RV park, you'll have tp go north to Palmer, where there are several nice parks.
Agree with above post. Nothing really any good in "Los" Anchorage! We stayed in Palmer at Mt View RV Park, excellent!
