Hello I'm looking for any info on "non" 55+ park around Aransas pass that has park models/mobile sites also possibly for sale? Any info would be appreciated...TX
As far as I know there is only one "ownership" park in Aransas Pass and that is Southern Oaks. It has an area for rentals and a separate area for ownership. The Rockport Oaks park 10 miles north in Rockport is also an ownership park with a few rentals. I believe Southern Oaks does have some park models in its ownership area. There are no park models in Rockport Oaks at present. Neither one of these parks is 55+
