There is no formal definition of the term. In general it denotes a park where RVs like yours or MH's >40 feet ought to be Ok. But, to some degree, the reviewer's driving skills enter into his willingness to make such a designation. What might be a perfectly acceptable "big rig" park to one person might be "tight" for someone else.

I can give you my opinion of Big Rig Access. Now keep in mind (view my profile) I have never owned a big rig but I have read to get a very general idea.

Most campgrounds that offer sites to rv's around 40' +. Most state & national campgrounds under Reserve America & Recreation.gov that I have encountered will list max site length so when you click on the campsite you will get a listing of what the site offers, including site length.

Private campground websites that I have come across usually don't list site length so it is always best to call in advance if your in doubt. (sometimes its best to add a few feet to your Rv when inquiring about site length accommodations, this way they might hook you up with a larger site)

    Hope this helps.
