Just writing to say that we've been on the road for not quite one month, and we've made it from Maine to California. We are in Needles, CA, with arrival temps at 108 degrees. Not certain that thermostats in Maine even go to 108!!! But it has been a good trip so far and Thank G** for A/C. Just wanted to check in (for those I've talked with before and others) and say......get out there and enjoy/see this country. It's great and fun to experience. The High Sierras are next. MaineDon p.s. To H*** with gas prices. Just do it before it's too late.
