I recently camped at Shenango Rec Area campground in Pennsylvania, a large COE park. There wasn't a listing in the database for it, which was surprising because it is a very large (320 sites) older campground. So, I attempted to created a new one. The website allowed me to create the listing, and indicated I had done so. When my review was posted however, it was put under another CG (Shenango Valley RV park, a private CG), and the listing was no where to be found. I then received an email stating I had made a mistake and listing all the reasons my post was wrong. So, I emailed back, informed the writer that I had intended to define a new CG (since the COE park was not listed), and to please place my review under the correct park. I never heard back. A few days later I again emailed the customer service email of the website, still no reply. So, a couple of weeks later, I defined the COE park again and wrote a new review at the same time. The website apparently let me succeed again. Still, my new listing failed, and the new review was placed under the wrong park again! And the new listing for the large COE park does not exist. I use RV Park Reviews constantly and consider it a valuable resource. I don't mind contributing my reviews, but I like for my reviews to be reliable and credible. What do I have to do to 1) get my review removed from the wrong listing, 2) get a large COE park listed, 3) get my original review listed for that park? Your review has now been posted at the correct park and has been removed from the private park where it had been incorrectly posted. I'm not sure why you have had so much trouble getting this COE park listed. We apologize for our mistake.
