Can't post our pic on profile

Hey just joined, looks like great site. Trying to put little information on profile and post our profile pic. An error message comes up and says "Error: Please enter a positive whole number" what the heck does that mean?

 

Please provide a bit more information as to when this error message appears. What have you already done at that point and what are you trying to do?

 

I went to my gdrive and found jpg pic, loaded it, the file name appears but the picture did not, I figured I should just save then it would appear. When I save the Error message mentioned above comes up.

 

I assume you are trying to edit your RVPR profile when this happens (you didn't specify what you were "loading" the photo into. My thought is that the photo is loo large to be used as an avatar. I'm not sure what RVPR's size limit is, but I would be surprised if it was even as large as 100kB. Do you know how large the photo is that you were trying to load?

 

Most Social Knowledge sites have a 100x100 pixel or 100KB (whichever is smaller) limit for avatars.

yes, that was the issue, my file was too big, as you can see it has been rectified
