Just saw a review for Midtown Mountain Campground and RV Park in Ruidoso, NM. The body of the review was nothing but complimentary and the reviewer said they were looking forward to returning. The scores, however were all the lowest possible. Obviously, the reviewer thought that 1 was great and 5 was bad. Not fair to the park to have a very low score on a great review and also have the bad score lower the park's overall score when it is such an obvious mistake.

Thanks for contacting us, and I will check on this.

The answer to your question is yes, we try to catch inconsistencies between the ratings and the comments; however, some slip by, so we appreciate when members call these to our attention and the best way to do this is by sending the information to our Help Desk by clicking on the Contact Us link located at the bottom of each page.
