Just thought I'd let those campers from Michigan who are going to be camping in PA or OH, if you don't already know, you can not bring firewood to the state parks, I guess because of some type of beetle infestation dealing with ash trees or something where the beetle can be transported via firewood. They're even frowning on anyone from any state bringing firewood into the state parks, but as long as you know where the wood originally came from, they'll let you use it. I don't know if this is just in the state parks or private parks as well, even though the one private park I've stayed at this year never questioned me about my firewood.
