Hello all. I have a 2016 Coachmen Ultra Lite expandable trailer. The lower floor has rotted out due to water damage. Has anyone dealt with this issue and how was it resolved? The original construction seems to be 1/4 plywood as a bottom layer followed by styrofoam insulation and then another layer of 1/4 plywood on top followed by vinyl flooring. It’s the very first layer which is exposed to the outside that has rotted away.

If the lower floor has rotted, pretty sure your going to find more once you start the tear apart phase. Your discription is that the floor is pretty thin, and exposed plywood as a bottom surface that is allowed to get any road or site moisture can't hold up. Are you able to be the person doing this work or are you going to have to hire a qualified person. That could be VERY expensive.
