It does not have cable or WIFI, however the park is neat and clean. We stayed their in January and it was not crowded and the snow was not much of a problem and we really didn't mind the deer strolling through the park.

We stayed there for a week. Can walk to the bus stop and be driven to see the sights and Ranger talks. We stayed there in mid-April. Not very busy, did snow on us one day then was perfect weather the rest of our stay and yes lots of deer and elk walking around the park.
