the only time i see that happen is when i somehow get logged out of the system. all i do is log back in and all information is visable again. if you do not have an RVlife login, you can create one easily, and free.
While Fitzjohnfan is correct, registered members are able to see more information than non-members, but I can see that you are already a member, and so you should be able to see all the information that we provide in reviews. Therefore, please be sure you are logged in when you want to read reviews. That said, I would also like to ask if items are truly "grayed out" (as you describe it) because the information that is not available to non-members is actually "scrambled" not grayed. If you are really seeing gray areas, please let us know, so that we can check into what is happening.
