Hello, new owner of RV here, have a family, with 5 kids. It's my very first motor home and have no experiences on maintenance, care, travel plans, etc. Hopefully to learn from others. I'm so excited to have a home away from home in our trips.
Welcome aboard LukeS88. You have come to the right place. This forum has a broad base of users from folks that tent occasionally to full timers in big rigs. Please feel free to ask away. There is usually some one here that’s “been there, done that” and if they haven’t, will at least offer you an opinion or offer advice. We are usually a friendly group. Arguments are rare and there is no such thing as a dumb question. We also look forward to reviews of campgrounds and parks you visit. What kind of motor home have you got?
Hi LukeS88 and welcome to the forum. Ditto what Rollin Ollens said above, you will find a bunch of folks only too willing to jump in with assistance when asked for or needed. Also any ideas or info you care to exchange with our merry band of RVers on the forum will be looked forward to as well. Word of caution, as you venture out on your initial break in cruise, be extra observant of drivers of those smaller, quicker and more maneuverable vehicles that for some unexplained reason feel you have the same thing going on with your large Class A. Some really stupid and irresponsible ones out that there that will have you in their sights at times. I wish you and your family a wonderful summer ahead in your new motorhome.
