With my fat thumbs I have typed in an incorrect public display name in the RV Pro app. The app referred me to this site to change the pubic display name. I can change everything in my profile but I can’t figure out where the change profile display name. I’m sure it’s something simple but I just haven’t found it. I’ve searched the forums to no avail. On the CGR home page click on your public display name (upper right hand corner of screen). From the dropdown list click on Edit Settings. The Edit Your Profile page will show your public display name. Retype the name you wish to use and click on the Save Changes green button.
Click on the "Contact us" link found at the bottom of this webpage. That will provide a form for contacting the Help Desk. Let them know what display name you would like to have and they will change it for you. By the way, the display name is also known as the username, and only admins can change those.
