I've uploaded several photo's for different campgrounds I've visited but can't find where to view them or any that other members may have uploaded
Photos are specific to a particular CG. When you visit the review page for one, the photos are on the right side of the page under Guest Photos. All the photos that you submit are on the left side of your Profile Page. If you are already in the forum section, then the easiest way to get to that is to click on your avatar.
I don't see any photos on my profile or the park specific page. I can't even tell if my photo got uploaded.
I've reviewed your activity log and I see no indication that photos were ever submitted for account MSSW. I'm not sure why that is the case, but somehow it doesn't appear that your photos made it to the server.
I've noticed that on some campground review pages there isn't even a guest photo button to upload photos
If you can provide an example of that please do so. I haven't seen a park without a button for uploading photos. Are you sure you were logged in?
I'm s I'm still trying.... Can someone send a link to a park page with photos? I'm thinking not seeing them might be a cell phone thing.
Yep. Just tried again and the page times out. When I refresh it says page not found, check spelling or search from the home page.

Okay, so I did a review. Now I would like to post photos of the state park I reviewed. I am logged in. My photo file is large enough. My photo uploads, I write the description, but is there a "post" button I'm supposed to see? The box for the photo upload looks like it cuts off just after it says the description has to be at least three characters. I can't seem to move that box up my laptop screen to see if there's anything else.
You should be able to see this sort of image when posting photos to the site. Perhaps your screen resolution settings need to be adjusted?
