My review was posted under Lost Dutchman State Park, Apache Junction, AZ ...... It was intended for Lost Dutchman RV Resort, Apache Junction, AZ. The review should be removed from the State Park...
With all due respect, our system is fully automated. Reviewers select the name of the park they are reviewing using a dropdown box. Our system currently has >15,000 parks in it; all of them are parks for which members have submitted reviews. We know there are 1,000-2,000 other parks in North America not yet in our system. When you submitted your review you were prompted to use a dropdown box to select the name of the park you were reviewing. Lost Dutchman SP is the only park with that name currently in our system. Had you noticed that you would have then clicked on a link for "Can't Find the Park You Want" which would have prompted you to enter information about the park you wanted to review so it could be added to the database. Apparently, you didn't notice that Lost Dutchman RV Resort is not in our system and, therefore, you selected Lost Dutchman SP because that was your only choice and that's where your review was posted. At this point, the easiest solution is for us to delete your review and let you resubmit it along with the appropriate park information. Since you stayed at the Dutchman RV Resort it is far simpler for you to enter information about it, especially with respect to the amenities it has. Let us know if that is acceptable. We'll leave your existing review online until you have had the opportunity to "cut and paste" it into a new review and have resubmitted it. That way you won't be inconvenienced by having to retype it.
