Due to the norovirus, which infected the 2 adult occupants of our motorhome, we were forced to cancel our late Jan 2013 reservations at this campground. We cancelled 5 days prior to the reservation which, according to the campground website, should have allowed us a full credit for one night's stay, to be taken within 90 days. "Credit" never mentioned during the cancellation call, only "no refund" ($30.51 charged to CC). As a result, we will not make arrangements to visit this campground in future although we often visit the Bremen area in our RV.
Did you ask if "no refund" meant "no credit"? Since the credit policy is clearly stated on the park's website it would be hard to imagine that they wouldn't honor it. I think you may have had a miscommunication and interpreted no refund as meaning they weren't going to give you anything back, but a credit isn't a refund, so their words are correct Maybe you should call back.
