I will be doing a Disney internship from June thru January and want to stay in my RV. Any suggestions on which park?

    Thanks

You might want to give us more specifics on what type of park you are looking for - amenities, costs, etc. and how far from WDW you can be. There are several parks in the Kississimmee area. Many Disney workers prefer to be a little further out in the Davenport area or even Haines Ciy (nicer areas, etc?). Check the reviews - I am sure you can find one that will suit your needs.

Just some place in a 30-45 minute drive. Price is more of a concern than anything.

There is an older park on the West side of US 27 about 33 miles South of 192 which puts it about 10 minutes from the West Gate of Disney. I know very little about it, but it is an older park and cheap I am sure. I do not know the name, but I will be going by it on the weekend and will post it.

Investigate Mouse Mountain, Theme World, Florida Camp Inn. All these are in Davenport, relatively inexpensive and within 6-10 miles from WDW.

I don't suppose that WDW would give you a good enough deal for Fort Wilderness? They probably wouldn't let you stay there that long anyway.

I drove by the place I mentioned before. It is called the Florida Camp Inn. It has been there for at least 30 years I know of. See link below:

    http://www.floridacampinn.net/map.htm

I think it would be safe and secure, but it is strictly not a resort type place. I think it would be about 20 minutes from the Disney West Gate and would probably be much cheaper than any other place around that area as everything is probably Disney prices.

    Good Luck

Thank you so much! I had looked at that camp and to get personal knowledge is great.
