Anyone ever been to the Paramount's King Dominion Campground in Doswell, Va? How about Bar Harbor Rv Park in Maryland? We were planning on going down to Va. first then hitting the Maryland one on the way home. Thanks.
We have stayed there several times when going to King's Dominion park. They have free shuttle service from the campground to the park, less than a mile away. The campground itself is clean, the pool is okay, some sites are not overly large, but they aren't too close together. Prices are reasonable for an amusement park campground, but they do charge full price to people coming in after midnight and leaving before 9:00am. They have mini golf($) and a playground.
