Travelin Rose: An impressive list of places you have stayed and your one word description is helpful. Did you list these in the Reviews in greater detail? I sure hope so!
I have written reviews for some of these parks. Do not know how good my info is when some of it goes back 2-6 years. I counted the parks we have stayed at in the past 6 years. Total was 160, have stayed at some of the parks several times. We are full timers. Travelin Rose
Glad you have written up some of these parks. I would urge you to write up what you remember of all of them, even if your data is old. Believe me, two year old data is far superior to no data at all, and your comments will show what year you stayed there so that readers can judge for themselves. If we all consistenly reported on the places we stayed, pretty soon the bad ones would be gone, and the good ones would be doing a landslide business!
Will do. This may take a long time. Hope the Webmaster doesnt mind some older info. I agree that we all need info. As you can see, we have stayed at a lot of parks that we considered only adequate (satisfactory), not too many that we consider good ones. We have also stayed in our share of really bad ones. As a matter of note, most important to us is being big rig friendly (roads, sites, trees, etc) and being well maintained (clean, level sites, mowed grass, trees trimmed, no potholes, no dusty roads, etc.) Travelin Rose
Travelin Rose, Boy, this information is great and as Beastdriver said it would be great to add it as a post under city and state. This is the type of information we all need to look at. Old information is better than no information. I see we have been to a lot of the same places. You can fill up the board in a year or two at this rate. What a great life we have!
I agree. Old data is better than no data. This is true particularly for campgrounds that are not listed or were very bad. This site could easily become the most comprehensive list of RV parks in the country - provided people list the parks they have visited. Any comment you provide are extremely valuable. So, be sure and add those.
