My husband and I work for a construction company out of Jacksonville Fl. We are finishing up a job here in Jacksonville and our next job is at the Naples Airport so we will be moving the 2nd week in January. We have a 35' fifth wheel and would like to find a park close to the airport where we will be working. I have been reading post on RV.Net about how crowded south Florida is in the winter....do you think this will be a problem for us? Thanks for your input.

I would move on this very fast. Yes, the snow birds will fill up Naples and ever place in south FL very fast. It may be to late now, but some phone calls will answer that. Most snow birds book at end of each year for the next year and return to same parks each year. I remember one places near the air port but not the names of park. You could read information off planes on take off. Someplaces are class A only and one is a state park. Silver lake is great but very high in price. The KOA was down in a swamp. Other parks were high and dry. Check this board and internet for more information.
