Newsletter emails spamming, >10 so far today

    Could the admins please turn off your email servers until your "burping"newsletter messages are fixed please? I've received at least 10 copies in the last couple hours.

    Your support just tried to blame it on me for not finding all 32535 places you store email preferences. Still receiving the same newsletter over and over. Contact your ISP please to shut this down.

    Edit: I'm a webmaster. I get > 100 emails a day from customers and users. 'Just delete the extras' is not good advice.

    I know you would like to think you have fixed this however still receiving them with over 12 so far today . Seem to be from 35 minutes to an hour apart. Started at 4:52 pm to 10:36 pm count is at 12 and seeming to continue.

    We're sorry about the glitch and extra copies (possibly as many at 15) and apologize for the inconvenience. We've fixed the underlying issue but can't retract the extras once they are in your providers mail queue. Thanks again for your patience.
