We stayed in Oak Forest RV Park in November 2006. The park is very well maintained, has a nice pool and spa, lovely restroom-shower units. There are a lot of full-timers and working residents, so if you like to sleep in, wear ear plugs. The park pull-throughs and back-ins are big rig friendly, as advertised.
One really nice feature is their honouring of the Passport America 50 % discount for at least two weeks ! Nice staff, accommodating on move requests, local scene, etc. It is a few miles out of Austin, but well worth the drive to be off the interstate highways. Give them a try, and plan to stay longer than you expected.
PS - very pet friendly, with several doggie areas with bags (which EVERYONE is supposed to use, but not all do).

We were there for November as well. Very nice spot if you are staying in Austin. My only peeve is the drive out to get groceries etc. We were in the older area and except for the fellow that needed to tune his motorcycle up once a week  and use an industrial strength leaf blower on the leaves, it was pretty quiet.

    Sunflyer,
We couldn't believe the dude using the leaf blower in the pavillion area at 0700, when us geezers were trying to prove that we're retired. Also found the week-end office guy to be less than helpful or enthusiastic. Otherwise, nice place, pool a little cooler than expected for a "heated four season" pool, but pretty nice.
