Everybody, Periodically the staff goes on camping trips, does system maintenance, etc. and a "NOTICE" in red is always posted on the front page where the form is/should be when the review submittal form is offline. I guess we will have to make the "NOTICE" much bigger. We always get emails asking how to submit a review when the review submittal form is offline, guess nobody reads the "NOTICE" ?? Webmaster
