Can anyone suggest a campground in PEI for Adults. We have stayed at Marco Polo, but looking for someplace smaller, maybe a little more quaint. Thank you.
One of our favorite parks on PEI is at Souris: Red Point Provincial Park. It affords terrific views and a great walking beach. Very quiet and low key.
New Glasgow Highlands is a great spot.....not too big, so pretty quiet - owners are on sight and are great people. This is our campground of choice in PEI....close enough to Cavendish, Charlottetown etc. that you can still do all of the touristy things too if you want to. Enjoy your trip - I love PEI!

Pickup a campground guide at the tourist information either when you get to PEI, you can find in in NB tourist info places as well. It will list ALL the campgrounds on PEI, including quite a few that haven't been reviewed on here. We only made it to a few on our trip to PEI. Smaller camping units will have more options available to them as well. Please post reviews if you find a new gem that hasn't been reviewed yet. Thanks, Webmaster RV Park Reviews
Hi anncole, We just came back from a trip to PEI, we stayed in Linkletter Provincial Park, Red Point Provincial Park and the Charlottetown/Cornwall KOA. If you don't need to be entertained or have your kids entertained, the two provincial parks fit the bill perfectly. Sites overlooking the water, only a few steps away from the beach, in the case of Linkletter only 3 or 4 km from Summerside with lots to visit and do and restaurants galore.
