I would like to take a few lines here to give thanks to the RVPR SUPPORT TEAM along with Texasrvers who helped resolve a recent issue I had in trying to log onto the forum. I won't go into all the details, suffice to say that after trying every which way and direction I was unable to log on. Kept getting a banner telling me I needed to go thru a two step verification process that didn't work either after many attempts, etc. Long story short I got in touch with the support team and after a couple of days a glitch was found between RVPR and my single member login and they fixed it. Kudos to the support team for bearing with all my comments and details I sent them as to what was happening on my end when trying to log in. Great bunch of folks and they sure made me feel mo betta when I received their first response back. Told me to hang in there and they would find the problem and resolve it asap. And they did. Also a BIG thank you to Texasrvers who sent me a PM from the forum that also showed up in my email so I was able to read it. He told me he had been made aware of the problem and was working with the support team to get it resolved. That really showed me what I've known all along since becoming a member of RVPR. That the folks who "work in the background" are really there for us when something does go askew. Really a great feeling to know that they have our backs..........
