Looking for a retirement home in florida that allows full time living in a park model home. Would prefer central Florida but anywhere in Florida would be okay. Any ideas anyone. Thanks

There are tons of these places in and around Zephryhills, FL (33542) Just google that w/ whatever type home you are looking for. It's locate just 30 miles east of Tampa. Weather is always nice in the winter. 75*, and sunny today, and then 80's for the rest of the week. Hope this helps.

In a park model, you would be much safer in the center of the state where the hurricane winds have deminished quite a bit from the coastal areas. They say that 2007 will be a bad year for hurricanes, but they have said that for the last 2 years and it was extremely mild. Expect to pay big time for insurance also.

We stayed at a RV park in Starke, FL and it was great for the retirees. I'm sure you'll have no problem with a park model there, as they have quite a few there. It was the KOA on S Walnut and 1 1/2 miles from a Super Walmart.
