Rv Trailer Brakes

    I just have come off a trip to gatlinburg tenn. and comeing down the moutain notice i was haveing to give my truck gas to go then i began to mess with the senetivity of my controler had too put it on #1 but still felt the brakes on rv holding i dont think its the controler due to i pull a cattle trailer with no problems just wondered if anybody elese has had this problem and what was done too fix it i pull a 30ft nomad travel trailer with a 3500 dolley chevy

    You may need to adjust the brakes. It sounds like they are adjusted too tight. If after travelling awhile check your wheel temperature by touching it, if it is extremely hot, you have your answer. This is not meant to take the place of adjusting them though.
