We are getting ready to construct an RV park on 6 acres of property. We have never owned a commercial property and would appreciate pointers. We would like to build a nice park but we do not want to spend unnecessary money. I believe we should begin with a landscape architect and then take those plans to an engineer. Is this correct? After approval by municipality for permits, we would then locate a contractor or possibly sub-out the job ourselves. Does this seem feasible? I was thinking amenities should include child/adult play area, small dog park/walk, swimming pool, and small general store at the office is this too much for a 6 acre park? All advice and guidance is welcomed.
