Suggestions for camping in Idaho?

    We traveling west from Minnesota and after our stay in Lander, plan to head further West. We love mountain hiking and scenery. Suggestions in Idaho for areas to go and campgrounds. We want hookups.

    We enjoyed a short stay at Craters of the Moon/Arco KOA. Very unusual scenery.

    The route up Idaho highway 55 to McCall and over to US highway 95 up to the Snake River east of Lewiston is quite scenic. We stayed at Ponderosa State Park near McCall. It has full hookup sites.
