Trip from N California to South Dakota (Mt Rushmore)

    Making a trip out to see Mount Rushmore....looking for recomended places to stay along the way that may be fun...40' Class A with tow. KOA good, but open to all. Also, any sites along the way, a good route ...etc ...Thanks in advance...looking forward to a few weeks on the road!

    Can't help you along the way, but I'll recommend Rafter J Bar rv park in Hill City when you get there. Very good park with all different kinds of sites, open, wooded, hilly.

    Rushmore Shadows in Rapid city is a great park only a short distance to Rushmore and Crazy Horse.
