We are planning on staying near Washington, North Carolina, next month, and have identified two likely campgrounds. One is Tranter's Creek Campground and the other is Twin Lakes Camping Resort. Has anyone been to either or both of these places and what is your opinion as to the suitability of these places to two old timers driving a big rig (motorhome) with a tow vehicle, and needing a clear view of the southern sky for satellite dishes?
