What power source is required to run a tankless water heater?

    What power source do you need for tankless water heater? Does the switch on.the control panel " Artic / Pac " have anything to do with water temp?

    Sounds like it controls a heat pad for your holding tanks.

    I don't have a tankless heater like that, but it needs some source of power, 12 volt, 110 volt or fuel? The Artic/Pac is like onemoretrail stated the heating pads to keep the tanks warm and not freeze in real cold temps. They too will need power like the tankless water heater. Probably 110.

    Designed for RV tankless water heaters typically call for 12-volts and propane. Some higher end RV's and aftermarket retrofits call for either 120 or 240 VAC. I'm not aware of any that use both propane and 120 VAC like some standard RV water heaters.
