I have a viewfinder fk19 from cruiserrv. I cannot find anywhere if the wheel bearings are sealed or not. I need to know if I should have them repacked or not. the rv has about 3000 miles on it. I know I should have checked on this when I bought it but slipped my mind.

    Jim,

Remove the end cap and see if you see grease. If so then they are not sealed bearings. I bet you will see grease as most RV units run grease bearings. :D

    Hi Jim-

If you have the same Lippert axles as on our V24SD, you can get info at LCI1.com.

    Jim,
The end caps extend out from the hub about 6 inches. Without removing the tire I took off the very end cap and found a rubber seal and no grease. I assume the long hub is for grease storage but am not sure.
