Wine for the wicked woman and Beer for the bad boyz? Is that how it really is? [attachmentid=127] Click to Enlarge
Prefer beer - but have learned that wine is easier when RV'ing. We buy a bunch of the 4 packs of little bottles when we take a trip. They fit nicely inside our trailer's little fridge.
Well it is beer for me and wine for her. Prefer the small micro beers to the National brands....favorite so far is from Jackson Wy Snake River Brewery - love the Zonker. The Boss well her favorite at the time is from Washington State Hogue Winery especially the Late Harvest Reisling. Now if everyone would post well this could be educational !!!
Have discovered some new reds from down under. Currrently enjoying Black Opel Shiraz. On the beer side: Guiness is fabulous...but sure doesn't taste the same bottled.

FosterImposter....try the Guiness from the can (black tall can) as far as I am concerned it is about the closest to the taste of tap.....now if only I could get over to Dublin.....naw that would probably ruin it forever....
never have been a fan of beer or wine. Of the two, I will drink wine, I prefer a sweet wine, desert wine if you will. I make my own wine, I make a nice cherry wine, a drinkable merlot, but my favorite is mead or a fruit flavored mead. I make about 40 gallons of wine per year, add the gifts and special purchases, the 40 gallons lasts about a year. Wine is OK, but while sitting around a fall camp fire, I prefer a mug (OK, a brandy snifter) of Maker's Mark or Booker's.
I don't drink either beer or wine. My beverage of choice is either a nice hot cup of tea in the morning or during the day a nice tall cold glass of sweet tea or simply a nice cold glass of water.

Wife is a confirmed "Miller" girl. I like any beer in a green bottle. Current favorite: Stella Artois
Ok, even though I earlier said I prefer red wine, and specifically Merlot, I will confess to an occasional "Guiness Stout." JJ
For us, I guess variety is the name of the game. If it is hot outside, especially early evening, DH will want a beer. But, in the evening, it is usually scotch for him (black or blue label) vodka for either of us (premium brands only). Or I may drink wine while fixing dinner, then more with dinner for both of us. Why stick to one thing??? Having a large motor home with lots of storage had advantages! We do have a well stocked cabinet! Jurhee
