We bought a Winnie 2009 vectra back in May and have had an issue with the passenger slide . It has a HWH system, jacks work fine the driver slide works fine . But the passenger slide will extend but it won’t retract. I can hear the motor running like it wants to . But zero movement .

Could this be the “Shuttle Valve issue “?

i have never had your specific slide system, but some things to look at:
    - lubrication issues. make sure all parts that need lube, have it.
    - binding issues.make sure there is nothing in the way of the slide comiing back in. check the floor to see if one track is rubbing more than the other side.
    - power issues. make sure you have enough power to operate the motors. running the generator, engine, or being plugged in can help alot (see other thread in this forum. another person solved thier slide issue by checking the connections to the motor).

good luck. keep us posted on the solution.
