    I run a destination park so a little biased in my view...but...I would consider a few amenities. Showers and laundry make even an overnight parking spot much more attractive. Also, if the property is close to a pretty well traveled route, I would consider a small office/store to make items of convenience available along with propane and some of the RV basics. Having an attendant would also provide some sense of security. If it's just parking, Walmart parking lots work.
