Yup, I recall one campground from my area where you had to sign a separate document concerning all the pet policy rules. The attendant was also very careful to explain all the rules so there would be no chance of any misunderstanding. certainly there is no perfect solution but I think this might work better than most. I've been to a number of campground that have you sign a letter of acknowledgment that you will follow all campground rules, which I am fine with as I am usually only there to sleep at night. I think there is often a fine line though. An owner does not want to come off as too harsh because that could scare away not only the trouble makers but also the good campers as well. I do not envy the position they are in there.
I totally agree, Cyclonic. I was thinking about this situation and trying to put myself in their position and it's definitely a touchy subject.
